  游戏版本:采用坦克世界最新版本。

  比赛外设 / Peripherals:

  1. MCG组委会推荐选手携带自己的键盘、鼠标、耳机以及其他外设,营造最好的比赛环境。

  MCG recommends players to bring their own mouse, keyboard headphone and any other peripheral to simulate their own best playing environment.

  2. MCG组委会将会提供鼠标、键盘和耳机,如选手需要MCG组委会提供外设需在在比赛前一天向MCG组委会提出申请,否则届时MCG组委会将有可能无法提供。MCG组委会将不会对提供外设的性能负责。

  MCG will provide mice, keyboards and headphones with at least 1 day notice. No mouse pads will be available, so please bring your own.MCG will not be responsible for performance issues related to peripherals.

  赛前调试 / Prepare:

  选手必须在裁判通知之后10分钟之内调试好个人设备,除非由于直播或技术问题造成延误。超时将被警告,如果玩家被发现由于非技术原因延误比赛或在既定的比赛中迟到,裁判将视情况进行判罚。

  Players must set up personal equipment within 10 minutes of the referee’s notification for set up, except for the delays caused by broadcasting or technical issues. A warning may be given for overtime, and if the player is found to be delaying the match for non-technical reasons, the referee may declare the match forfeit depends on the situation.

  年龄限制:任何晚于1999年1月23日出生的玩家将禁止参与线下总决赛。

  Age request: player born before Jan.23, 1999 is not allowed to attend the grand final

  比赛规则:

  1. 比赛模式:7v7

  Game Mode: 7v7

  2. 比赛时长:每局上限7分钟

  Game Length: 7 minutes

  3. 坦克、等级、上场阵容:

  Vehicle, Level, Roster:

  1) 上场坦克总等级必须为54级,仅允许6-8级所有型号的坦克上场。

  Total levels of all vehicles must equal to 54 for each team, all types of vehicles ranging from level 6-8 will be permitted.

  2) 坦克挑选:每局比赛开始前,队长向当值裁判提交上场坦克型号单,并签名确认。坦克型号一旦确认不得更改。

  Vehicle pick: Team leader must hand in vehicle types with his signature to the referee for lineup confirmation before each battle. Notes: The vehicle’s type cannot be changed once confirmed.

  4. 给养限制 / Equipment:

  不限制任何配件、炮弹、补给及涂装的使用。

  No restriction on using accessories, cannons, supplies and camos.

  5. 比赛地图 / Maps:

  ① Winter Himmelsdorf/assault2 锡默尔斯多夫(冬季)-攻防战

  ② Ruinberg/assault2 鲁别克-攻防战

  ③ Murovank/assault2 穆勒万卡-攻防战

  ④ Cliff/assault2 海岸争霸-攻防战

  ⑤ Prokhorovka/assault2 普罗霍洛夫卡-攻防战

  ⑥ Steppes/assault2 荒蛮之地-攻防战

  6. 胜利条件:每局比赛的胜负平关系由系统自动判定。

  Winning condition: Victory/Defeated/Draw will be determined by in-game system.

  7. 比赛构成 / Tournament Structure:

  小组单循环赛 / Single Round Robin

  1) 16支队伍分为A-D四组,每组4支参赛队伍,共3轮,每轮2场比赛,采用4局3胜制;每场(4/3局)比赛使用一张地图,比赛开始前,猜中硬币者为进攻方,攻守双方每局互换。

  16 teams are separated in 4 groups ( A,B,C,D) and each group has 4 teams; total 3 rounds; 2 matches in each round; using 3 wins in 4 battles format; each match (4/3 battles) using the same map; before each match two teams coin-toss to determine sides. The winner of the coin-toss will be in the attack side, attack side and defense side will be interchanged after each battle.

  2) 每场比赛胜得3分,平1分,负0分。

  In each match winning teams receive three points for a win and losing teams receive zero .If a match ends in a draw, each team receives 1 point.

  3) 小组排名将由各队在小组赛中获得的总积分决定,积分高者名次列前,每小组前两名晋级8强。

  Group ranking list will be decided by the total points obtained during the group matches. Top 2 teams from each group rise to quarter finals.

  4) 如果出现两队或两队以上积分相同的情况,下列规则将生效:

  In the case of 2 or more teams having the same number of points, the following rules will be applied in order listed:

  a) 比较同分战队之间的净胜局数,多者名次列前。

  If teams which have same score then compare their amount of win game numbers between them, the teams which have high rank depends on how many games they win.

  b) 若相同,则比较同分战队本组内所有场次比赛净胜局数,多者名次列前。

  If still same, then compare all the win games; teams who win more games will get higher rank

  c) 若仍相同,则比较同分战队之间获胜局所用的平均时间,少者名次列前。

  If the teams have the same scores and the total amount of winning games, then compare the average time duration of all winning games among the teams, the team with less time duration will get higher rank.

  d) 若仍相同,则比较同分战队本组内所有场次比赛获胜所用的平均时间,少者名次列前。

  If the teams have the same scores, total amount of winning games, and average time duration of all winning games, then compare average time duration of all winning games among all the teams in the same Group, the team with less total time duration will get higher rank.

  e) 若以上数据均相同,猜硬币决定名次顺序。

  If still same, then referee will use lucky draw to decide the ranking.

  单淘汰赛 / Single elimination

  1) 单淘汰赛每场比赛常规部分采用8局5胜制,使用两张比赛地图,每张地图比赛4局。8局内任何一方率先取得5局胜利为胜者,晋级下一轮次。

  Single elimination using 5 wins of 8 battles, and using 2 maps, each map will play 4 times. Team who has 5 wins in 8 battles first, who rise to next round.

  2) 比赛开始前猜中硬币者为主队,其对手为客队;

  Before each matches two teams coin-toss and winner team will be the home team, another will be the guest team.

  a) 主队禁用第1张地图

  Home team disables the 1st map

  b) 客队禁用第2张地图

  Guest team disables the 2nd map

  c) 主队禁用第3张地图

  Home team disables the 3rd map

  d) 客队禁用第4张地图

  Guest team disables the 4th map

  e) 主队挑选第1张比赛地图

  Home team picks the 1st map to play

  f) 客队挑选第1张比赛地图攻击/防守方

  Guest team picks attack/defense side of 1st map

  g) 第1张比赛地图,攻守双方每2局轮换;第2张比赛地图(第五局)开始攻守双方每局轮换。

  例如:客队选择防守方,其比赛攻守顺序为:防守-防守-攻击-攻击-防守-攻击-防守-攻击。

  In the 1st map, attack/defense side will be interchanged every 2 battles; from the 2nd map (5th battles) attack/defense side will be interchanged each battle.

  For example: guest team choose defense side, the gust team attack/defense sequence is: defense –defense – attack – attack – defense – attack – defense – attack.

  3) 如果出现8局内没有任意一方取得5局胜利的情况,下列规则将生效:

  If 2 teams both cannot win 5 games in 8 games, the below rules will be used.

  加赛一局攻防战,地图沿用第2张比赛地图;

  Adding a tie - breaker battle, battle map using the 2nd map.

  a) 比较本场比赛双方的净胜局数,净胜局数多者优先挑选攻守位置。

  Compare their amount of win battle numbers, who win the battles more who choose the side first.

  b) 若相同,则比较本场比赛双方获胜局所用平均时间,时间少者优先挑选攻守位置。

  If the 2 teams have the same winning games, then compare the average time duration of the winning games between the 2 teams, the team with the less time duration will choose the attack/defense side first.

  c) 若以上数据相同,猜硬币决定优先挑选攻守位置的一方。

  If still same, then using coin-toss, winner choose the side first

  加赛胜者为本场胜者。

  The teams who win the tie-breaker battle win this match.

  8. 队员调整 / Team player adjust

  每场比赛中,每支战队最多允许更换1名队员,换人只能在局与局之间进行,调整时间不得超过5分钟。

  In every match, Team can only change one Substitution for each team. (Substitution must in the registration list) Substitutions can only be carried out between each game, adjusting the time of not more than 5 minutes.

  9. 比赛结果保存 / Replay saving:

  比赛开始前,所有上场选手必须勾选REP全部保存选项。比赛结束后,必须由双方队长进行截图保存比赛结果(包括胜负界面、团队战绩界面及详细战绩界面),如某方队长未能在当局比赛结束后提供全部3张截图,将被认定为放弃本局比赛胜利。本局比赛用时将被判定为3分30秒。

  Before each game, all players must select REP option. After each game, every game result must be screenshot and save by each team leader, including interfaces of win &lose, team achievements and battle performance in detail. If the team leader is unable to provide the 3 screenshots after a game, the game will be determined as lose. This game’s using time will be determined be 3′30″.

  10. 赛事组委会享有添加第三方软件、加入裁判视角用于监督比赛进程的权利。

  MCG has right to add 3rd party software as referee angle to monitor the matches.

  当比赛中出现掉线的情况 / Disconnection

  1. 故意掉线:由选手个人故意造成掉线的情况,将由裁判员视情况进行判罚(给予红/黄牌或警告)。

  Intentional disconnection: if a player disconnects battle deliberately, then the referee has the right to shown yellow card or red card.

  2. 意外掉线:比赛中由于系统,网络,机器或电力等原因造成无法正常连接。

  Accidental Disconnection: means only caused by system, network, computer or electric.

  3. 如发生掉线情况由当值裁判员根据当时情况进行裁定。

  If accidental disconnection happened, then referee have right to determine the battle going on or restart.

  裁定的评判标准可参考交战前与交战后两种情况:(当有任何一位选手坦克被点亮,即判定为「交战后」)

  Evaluation standard for disconnection is divided into before the game and after the game of two cases: (If any Vehicles spot means after the game)

  1) 情况1(交战前):发生在1名选手坦克被点亮前,该选手若能在30秒内重新连接服务器回到比赛,则比赛继续;如选手仍不能及时连接成功,则本局比赛重新开始。

  Situation 1( before the battle ): if a player disconnect before being spotted and can connect back to the battle in 30 sec, then battle will go on; if cannot connect back, then the battle will restart.

  2) 情况2(交战后):发生在已有1名选手坦克被点亮后,该选手必须马上回到比赛,期间比赛继续进行,裁判员视情况裁定比赛是否重新开始。

  Situation 2 ( after the battle ): if a player disconnect after being spotted, the player must connect back to the battle, and the battle will go on, during the battle, the referee has the right to determine the battle going on or restart.

  3) 情况3(交战后):发生在已有1名选手坦克被击毁后,该选手必须马上回到比赛,期间比赛继续进行,结果有效。

  Situation 3 (after the battle): If a player’s vehicle is destroyed, this player must connect back to the battle, the battle will go on, and result will not change.

  4) 情况4:如某一支参赛战队3名或以上选手由于服务器原因不能连接游戏,则比赛在组委会判定服务器状态运转正常后,重新进行。

  Situation 4: If a team has more than 3 players disconnection caused by server issues, then the game will restart after the committee confirms the server is still correctly operational.

  注意:当选手发现游戏掉线时,需在第一时间举手向裁判示意。

  Notice: if player disconnection occurs, they need to raise their hands immediately

  注意:如参赛选手故意滥用规则,则由当值裁判视情况进行判罚。

  Notice: if a player is found abusing of rules, the reference will make punishment based on its order of severity.

  不公平对决 / Unfair play

  以下情况将被认定为不公平对决,该行为将由裁判处员以黄/红牌处罚:

  The following mentioned behaviors will be considered unfair, and With the judgments for the behavior by the Referee, the player will get failed, yellow/red CARDS, disqualified.

  1. 违规使用任何非MCG组委会授权的插件或作弊程序。

  Use any other plug-in/cheating program unauthorized by MCG.

  2. 故意不连接游戏。

  Deliberately not to connect the game.

  3. 任何影响正常比赛的“不必要交谈”(以下交谈被允许)

  Any unnecessary conversation affecting the game (The following conversations are allowed)

  1) 双方队员之间的问好;

  Greeting between players

  2) 在比赛阶段中举手示意要求暂停;

  In game, hands up to ask to pause the game;

  3) 一个失败的信号(即:“gg”, “GG”,或者其他裁判员能够决定胜者的信息)

  A signal of failure (“gg”, “GG”, or any info can be judged by the referee)

  4) 选手之间不违反体育道德准则的交谈;

  Conversations that are not in violation of sports ethics between players

  4. 消极比赛

  Negative competition

  5. 任何违反体育道德的行为、恶意干扰比赛(如挑衅行为)、不礼貌、不专业的行为(包括在游戏内);

  Any in violation of sports ethics behaviors、Malicious interfere (such as a provocation) rude unprofessional behavior. (including within the game)

  6. 利用程序bug的行为将被裁判认定为不公平。

  Use of any in-game bugs and glitches will be judged as unfair play

  7. 裁判委员会有权单方面认定选手违规或有其他不公平行为,可以给予警告和其他处罚,极端情况,剥夺参赛战队参赛权利。

  The referee council can judge illegal or other unfair behavior, and can give warning and other penalties or remove any participants, for any reason.

  8. 裁判委员会有权对任何选手的不公平行为进行判定。

  The referee council shall have the right to determine any player’s unfair behavior.

  舞台比赛 / Main Stage Matches

  1. 赛事组委会会指定某场比赛在舞台上进行。拒绝在舞台上进行比赛的战队将会取消参赛资格。

  MCG will arrange which match is on the main stage. Any refusal from the team will be disqualified.

  2. 赛事组委会有权为直播需要更改显示器分辨率。

  MCG reserves the rights to adjust the LED resolution for live streaming purpose.

  3. 所有在舞台上比赛的选手必须穿着队服或组委会提供的服装。拒绝穿着相关服装的战队将被取消资格。

  All players on main stage must wear their team uniforms or uniforms provided by MCG. Any refusal from the team will be disqualified.

  4. 如果在舞台上出现紧急情况,选手可以通过举手来示意请求比赛暂停。裁判将视情况进行处置。

  If any emergency on main stage during the match, players can hands up to temporary stop the match and the judge will deal with accordingly.

  5. 选手不得故意在舞台比赛中暂停比赛,如果发生此事,根据暂停比赛当时情况的严重程度,裁判可以视情况进行判罚。

  Players shall not intentionally ask for stopping the match or will be punished accordingly.

  6. 如果选手在舞台比赛中通过“不必要交谈”破坏比赛,选手会受到警告,本局比赛判负或者被直接淘汰。

  Any unnecessary talk to damage the match is strictly prohibited or the team will be punished as lose or eliminated.

  警告与惩罚(黄牌和红牌)/ Warning and Punishment

  1. 黄牌是对违反规则的警告,2张黄牌=1张红牌。

  Yellow card is a warning on violation of the tournament rules, 2 yellow cards equal 1 red card.

  2. 如果战队收到黄牌,将在之后所有的比赛中保留。

  A yellow card will be kept during the whole tournament.

  3. 红牌将导致该战队立刻丧失所有之后比赛的参赛资格,红牌产生前的比赛成绩保留。

  A red card will disqualified a team all the matches left. Achievement before the red card will be kept.

  4. 半决赛至决赛阶段,因红牌被取消参赛资格的战队,将不能获得任何奖金。

  During semi-final to final, any team disqualified by a red card will not allowed to get any prize from the tournament prize pool.

  5. 任何因黄牌导致当局比赛非正常结束,当局比赛用时将被判定为3分30秒。

  Any yellow cards cause the battle ends abnormally, then the time duration of this battle will be counted as 3′30″.

  6. 任何因红牌导致当场比赛非正常结束,若发生在循环赛阶段,当场比赛比分将被判定为0:3;若发生在淘汰赛阶段,当场比赛比分将被判定为0:5。

  Any red cards cause the match ends abnormally: If in the single round robin, match score will determine 0:3, if in the single elimination, match score will determined 0:5.

  补充条款 / Supplemental Terms

  如果发生特殊情况,以上提到的规则可能会被修改,其他事宜另行通知。

  If any special cases, the above rules maybe modified by MCG and notify to the players in advance.
